Berniece McIntyre

Bernice Morris McIntyre was born to the late James Morris and Corrine James Bush on July 7, 1946 in Jackson, Alabama. She departed this life on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at New Hanover Hospital, Wilmington, North Carolina.

Bernice received her education in the Jackson, Alabama school system and graduated with honors. She later complete cosmetology school in 1966. Bernice accepted Jesus Christ as her savior at an early age in her family home church in Jackson, Alabama. In 2007, she joined St. Paul AME Church and remained faithful until her health begin to decline. Bernice was employed as a machine operator with Johnson & Johnson for 32 years, there she met and married the love of her life, Arthur McIntyre. Shortly after retiring, they relocated back to his hometown in North Carolina. She was a devoted mother and wife with a kind heart that helped anyone who was in need. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all. In addition to her parents, Bernice was also preceded in death by three sisters: Delcian Jackson, Shirley Poe and Frances Bush; three brothers: Rupert Bush, Isaac Bush and Freddie Morris.

Bernice leaves to cherish her precious memories: A LOVING DEVOTED HUSBAND: Arthur McIntyre, Sr., of the home ONE SON: Daniel Worthey (Aaydah), of Willingboro, New Jersey ONE SISTER: Ruby Bethel, of Mobile, Alabama THREE GRANDDAUGHTERS: Deja, Anisa and Amaya, all of Adhan, New Jersey TWO GRANDSONS: Daniel Jr. and Adhan, both of Adhan, New Jersey FOUR STEP-SONS: Arthur, Jr., of New Jersey Douglas, William, Marvin, all of PA FOUR LOVING DEDICATED SISTER-IN-LAWS: Juanita Bush, Edna Lewis (Therman) and Grace Smallwood TWO BROTHER-IN-LAWS: Clyde McIntyre (Elaine) and William McIntyre (Cynthia) HOST OF NIECES, NEPHEWS, OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS.
