James Deon Alderman was born Sept 19, 1968 in Pender County. He peacefully submitted to the will of God on October 12, 2017 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

He joined Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church at an early age.  Deon loved the Carolina Panthers and shooting pool.

His memory will be forever cherished by his loving wife Cara of the home, five daughters; one son, nine grandchildren, three sisters, one brother, his mother, Janie Marie Walker (Rufus) and many more loving friends and relatives.
