Roxie Smith Hardman affectionately known as "Foxy Roxie" was born February 10, 1964 to the late James Arthur Armstrong Jr. and Eva Mae Smith of Burgaw, NC.

Roxie was employed with United and Grace Healthcare as a personal care assistant. She was a member of Pike Creek Baptist Church.

Roxie was a loving, kind, and caring person.  She had a warm and loving heart. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, her friends and all the children in her community.  Roxie will be missed by all who knew her.
