Charles Scarborough, affectionately know as "Tom" age 70, of the Deep Bottom community in Wallace, NC passed Thursday, July 4, 2019 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. Tom was the husband of Nellie Mitchell Scarborough. Tom was a fun loving, kindhearted and giving person who never missed an opportunity to make you laugh. Tom will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
