Deborah Stephens Ellington, age 59 of Riegelwood passed away on Friday, November 20, 2015. 

She was born in Scottland County. 

She is survived by  her husband of 44 years, William Bull Ellington, her son, Scott Ellington and her brother Travis Stephens.
