Dominique "Sweet" Evans

Dominique Shakyla Evans was born September 5th, 1995, in Wilmington North Carolina to Cassandra Toby and Harry J Keith.

Dominique entered into Eternal rest on February 23rd, 2022. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Janice Lucas and grandfather Curtis Hill. Aunts Geraldine Keith (Sissy) Wanda Webb and Rosalyn Hill. 

Dominique graduated from John T Haggard then went on to further her education at James sprunt College in the medical field.

Dominique was a mother first and auntie second. The bond she shared with her daughter and the love she had for her was unmatched. The same carried for her nieces and nephews. 

Dominique also known as "Sweet" for her sweet and caring demeanor was the life of the party and loved all her family unconditionally. To know her is to love her. 

Dominique leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, La'Oni Elizabeth Lyrical Melvin. Her significant other, Austin Melvin, Mother, Cassandra Toby of Wilmington NC, Father, Harry Keith (Kimberly) of Edenton NC, her siblings Jessica Hill, Lawrence Johnson 3rd of Wilmington NC, Ya'kheme Riddick, Ya'zanik Keith, Xzorion Keith of Edenton NC. Grandmother, Mamie Ann Hill of Wallace NC. Aunts, Pauletta Hill of Charlotte NC, Teresa Hill of Raleigh NC.  And a host of special cousins relatives and friends.
