Ivan Freeman was born on September 25, 1987 to Roberta Evans and John Michael Freeman. Ivan was baptized at Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church where he spent his early years. He lived in Wilmington, NC with his fiancé, Trevelyn and their two children, Alaina and Ivan Jr. Ivan was educated in New Hanover County Public School and worked as an electrician’s assistant with his good friend Brian until his death. Ivan was affectionately known by his friends as Ooze and by family as Liveracci and Ivan Jo Jackson. Ivan was friendly, respectful, kind and loved his family dearly. He loved boating, fishing and motorsports. Ivan lived his life outside.
