Born on July 5, 1943, Joyce spent the majority of her life and vibrant years in Baltimore, Maryland, building a lifetime of memories before relocating to Rose Hill, North Carolina. In Rose Hill, she spent her recent years surrounded by a wonderful community and the deep love of her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Sandy Armstrong and Margaret Faison. Joyce leaves behind a rich legacy of love, warmth, and cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
