Mary Munn Jones, age 74 was born in Bladen County to the late Lula Jane and George Porter Munn.  Mary lived in Clarkton until her health failed she then moved to Hope Mills with her son and daughter-in-law. Mary was a loving lady that loved having people around her. She always welcomed people into her home and never met a stranger. Mary loved singing in her church choir.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Jones, and daughters, Mildred McKoy and Lula Jones.  She is survived by her son Willie Glenn Jones and wife Angela of Hope Mills, NC, and her daughter, Brenda Jones of Clarkton, NC,  eight sisters, Channie Mae Bordeaux of White Oak, NC, Avis Smith of Clarkton, NC, Louise Mitchell, Clarkton, NC, Hazel Leach, Fayetteville, NC, Annie Mae Whitfield, Clarkton, NC, Alene Hatcher, Riegelwood, NC, Helen Anthony, Lumberton, NC, Bessie Leavens, Beulaville, NC. Two brothers, Arthur Munn, Pink Hill, NC and Jessie Munn, Clarkton, NC, a host of neices, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mary will be missed by her many other family members and friends.
