Michael Lewis Archuleta

Michael Lewis Archuleta Jr., affectionately known as "Little Mike," was born on September 23, 2003, in New Hanover County. His life was tragically cut short on November 14, 2023, in Leland, North Carolina when he was hit by a car while riding his bike.

Little Mike was a spirited, loving, and kind soul who touched the lives of everyone he met. His infectious smile and genuine love for others made him a beloved figure in his community. Despite the challenges he faced in life, Little Mike always remained optimistic. He was a beacon of hope and inspiration to those around him.

Born to parents Emily Carpenter and Michael Lewis Archuleta, Little Mike was the adored brother of Angel Shvonne Archuleta, Kaiden D'von Archuleta, and Corbin Wayne Archuleta. He was also a cherished grandson to his maternal grandparents, Pat Carpenter and Hank Carpenter of Leland, NC, and his paternal grandparents, Frizzelle Lewis and wife Nancy Lewis of Wilmington, NC. Little Mike was an integral part of a large, loving family that included a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Mike was preceded in death by grandmother Dwainia Sue Archuleta and aunt Shvonne Suzanne Archuleta.

Mike will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
