Myrtle Woodard Miller

Myrtle Woodard Miller was the daughter of the late William Henry Woodard and the late Mary Anna Woodard born on March 1, 1955, in Duplin County, North Carolina. On Wednesday, May 11, 2022, our heavenly father received Myrtle home to her eternal reward. Myrtle was educated in the Duplin County Public Schools system. She was employed at Carolina Turkey / Butterball for thirty years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved sewing and flowers. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all. In addition to her parents, Myrtle was also preceded in death by one sister: Ruby Simmons and one brother: Richard Woodard.

Myrtle leaves her precious memories to be cherished by her daughter: Monica Hill, two granddaughters, Diamond Price and Richika Jones, one grandson, Messiah Knight, three sisters, Shanita Henry (James Henry), Barbara Miller (Nate Miller), Abigail Woodard, two brothers: William Woodard (Celestine), Henry Woodard. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
