Patricia "Pat" Cruse

Patricia Louise Cruse was born December 1, 1955 to Wixie Cruse and the late Murray Cruse of Lexington, Kentucky. She completed this earthly journey on Friday, April 1, 2022.

“Pat” as family and friends fondly called her, graduated from Tates Creek High School in 1973. She continued her education at Kentucky State University and graduated in 1977 with a degree in business administration.

She retired from Rex Hospital in Raleigh, NC after 36 years of service.

Pat loved to travel, especially on cruises with her family and friends, and enjoyed saltwater fishing.

Pat was also preceded in death by one sister, Deborah Cruse Reed (James).

Those surviving to reflect the precious memories of her life are: her husband, Joseph Andrews, one daughter, LaShanda Cruse, three granddaughters, De’Shandria Cruse, Kendra White, and De’Ja Cruse, four grandsons Bernard Terrell, Zion Cruse, KeiShan Lee and Christian Lofton, one sister Tomika Taylor (John), two sisters-in-law Gloria Richardson and Deborah Andrews and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
