Paul Horne

Paul L. Horne, age 70, of Rocky Point, NC, went to his heavenly home on April 16, 2025, at home with his loving wife, Dixie Horne, by his side.

He was born September 12, 1954, to the son of the late John V. Horne and Leasie Horne.  He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Faircloth, and his brothers, Cecil Millis, and Johnny Horne. Sisters; Louise Streeter and Hyacinth Lucas.

He owned and operated Affordable Heating and Air for many years, and later operated Faircloth Seafood with his son Jason and Fran Faircloth, where he had many friends who shared lots of laughs. 

He loved to watch Nascar, and he was an outdoorsman.  He loved fishing and deer hunting, but his greatest joy was being Grandaddy to Jessica, Jodi, Jacey, Aaron, Jacob, and seven great-grandchildren.  He was devoted to his sister Rosie and his nephews and nieces. He will be forever loved and missed.  We will forever be grateful that he was in our lives and our hearts.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later time.
