Rasheem Carr

Rasheem Divine Carr, came into this world on August 6, 1977, to Linda Boykin and James Faison, in Kings County Hospital, Brooklyn, New York. He departed this life on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Rasheem graduated from Pender High School in the Class of 1996. He loved sports and played both Basketball and Football at Pender High. He was a quiet and respectful young man. He attended New Born Church of God, Rocky Point, NC at an early age under the leadership of Bishop George Billy. He was baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit. Rasheem loved his children and his family. He will always be remembered by his loving smile. He was mindful to call every day and check on his “Big Mama”, Mother, Step-father and his brother Julius. Rasheem had just become a proud granddaddy. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all.
