Rose A. Ruffin on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at the age of 99 years old, peacefully submitted to the will of God. She was  surrounded by her loved ones at her home.

She leaves to cherish her many precious memories, her three daughters:  Betty (Ulysses) Frier  of Jacksonville, NC, Linda Giles of Richlands, NC and Carolyn (Mark) Taylor of Carthage, NC.  Three Sons:  Joseph (Liz) Ruffin of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Timothy Ruffin and Matthew Ruffin of Richlands, NC.  A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, neices, nephews, cousins and friends.
