Stacy Brown

Mr. Stacy Brown Sr. age 83 of Pink Hill, surrounded by his loved ones, peacefully answered to the will of God on Monday, February 18, 2019 at Vidant Duplin Hospital in Kenansville, NC.

Mr. Brown leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Marie Brown of the home. Two daughters, Carol Williams of Rose Hill, NC, Virginia Jones of LaGrange, NC and two sons, Stacy Brown Jr. (Valerie) of Pink Hill and Tony Brown (Connie) of Bladenboro, NC and a host  of other loving relatives and friends.

Mr. Brown loved fishing and loved his church as he faithfully served as a deacon at New Salem Free Will Baptist Church in Pink Hill, NC until his health declined.

The funeral will be 2 pm on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at J. Melvin’s Gymnasium in Pink Hill with Rev. Bessie Leavens officiating. The visitation will be from 1 until 2 pm before the funeral on Sunday at the gym. Burial will be in the Jones Cemetery in Sarecta, NC.  A repast will be at the gym. The family will receive friends at the home, 117 Maude Brown Lane, Pink Hill, NC. 

Mr. Stacy will be greatly missed.
