Thelma Moore Spicer was born on December 1,1926 in Burgaw, North Carolina, to the late Elijah Prince and Lottie Hankins Moore.
She was preceded in death by her former husband Harlee Spicer, her son Harlee Spicer Jr., three sisters, Mazell Martin, Verlene Fennell and Carlene Davis, and three brothers, James Moore, Willis Moore and Louis Moore.
She leaves to cherish her memory; one daughter Elizabeth Ashe of W. Hempstead, NY; one son James Spicer (Deborah) Pleasantville, NJ, two sisters; Delores Talley, Morrisville, PA, Joyce Jackson, Trenton, NJ, one brother; Bobby Moore, Capital Heights, MD and a nephew like a brother Lawrence Moore (Shirley) of Maryland, nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws and other relatives and friends.
