Mr. Virgil Newkirk, Jr. was born on April 23, 1955, to the late Virgil Newkirk, Sr. and the late Beatrice Powers Newkirk in Duplin County. He peacefully answered the Master’s call on Monday, September 5, 2022. He was educated in the Duplin County Public Schools System.
